There is the list of licenses of Federal service on ecological, technological and nuclear supervision that we can receive for you:
-The license for operation of chemically dangerous industrial objects
-The license for operation of explosive industrial objects
-The license for making an examination of industrial safety
The Federal Law ¹ 80-ÔÇ from 02.07.05 about modification in the Federal law "About licensing separate kinds of activity" was coming into effect since July, 17th, 2005. Therefore, the following kinds of activity are not a subject to licensing:
- Operation of heat networks;
- Operation of electric networks;
- Operation of gas networks;
- Storage of oil, gas and products of their processing;
- Oil and gas refining;
- Transportation of oil, gas and products of their processing;
- Operation of oil and gas extraction manufactures;
- Operation of the trunk pipeline transport.
However the specified activity is made at the dangerous industrial objects. Therefore the Gosgortekhnadzor has the right to demand from the maintaining organization the license for operation of explosive industrial object according to the Federal law " about industrial safety " ÔÇ-116 from 21.07.97
