For the oil and gas extraction equipment - 260 thousand ðóá, if a scope - the dangerous industrial objects that are under Rosrtekhnadzor control
If a scope - petroleum and gas production objects - 300 thousand rbl.

For reception of the permission to application of technical devices according to requirements ÐÄ 03-485-02 it is necessary to present following documents and the information in language of the original with translation into Russian:

5. The certificate of conformity of System of certification of GOST Ð of Gosstandart Russia (x-copy).
6. The certificate about dust-ignition-proof electric equipment in hardened execution with the instruction of explosion protection marks, given out by the specialized Russian organization and having the corresponding license (x-copy).
7. The brief characteristic and purpose of technical devices. A location of technical devices viz a full name of the enterprise, shop, building, a premise, etc.
8. The characteristic of the enterprise-operator of the equipment, as dangerous industrial object: explosive, chemically dangerous, explosive and chemically dangerous industrial object of chemical, petrochemical, oil refining, food manufacture, etc.
9. The characteristic of a working environment on explosion and fire danger and toxic danger:
-Temperature of ignition,
-Spontaneous ignition,
-Flashes,
Class of danger in accordance with GOST 12.1.007-76 SSBT "Harmful substances. Classification and general safety requirements ", and also structure, density, temperature and pressure of a working environment.
10. The specifications (x-copy) coordinated with Gosgortekhnadzor of Russia (for the Russian equipment).
11. The contract on delivery of the equipment (x-copy).
12. The sanction to application is necessary for:
The individual technical device;
Type (kind) of the device;
A consignment of technical devices: the individual complete technical device.
13. The full post address and the name of the manufacturer (supplier). The name of the enterprise should coincide precisely with the name on round stamp of the enterprise in the Application on reception of the sanction to application.
14. Categorization of explosive zones on PUE in an installation site of the equipment.
15. Presence of safety devices: quantity, type and a brief characteristics.
16. Ways of the control of receipt of raw material: on quantity of oxygen, hydrocarbons, etc.
17. Presence of the control means of regulating parameters: receipts of raw material, the gas, the cooling environment, etc.
18. Presence of automatic anti-damage protection system: type and a brief characteristics.
19. Ways of the control of temperature modes.
20. Means of the automatic control of refrigerants for cooling.
21. Presence of lock, gate-type armature:
-Quantity,
-Type and brief characteristics with the instruction of data about explosion proof electrical equipment
